Gov. Tony Evers appoints Sara Gehrig-Woodman to Rock County Circuit Court

JANESVILLE — Janesville attorney Sara Gehrig-Woodman will fill the vacancy in the seventh branch on the Rock County Circuit Court created by the retirement of Barbara McCrory.

Gov. Tony Evers’ office announced the appointment Thursday. McCrory’s last day as judge is scheduled to be Friday. Gehrig-Woodman is expected to complete a term that ends July 31, 2027.
