By Sara Beth Williams– — The Citrus Heights Food Truck Plaza has finally discarded construction fencing materials revealing new landscaping and fencing along with a newly paved parking lot on the corner of Twin Oaks Avenue and Auburn Boulevard in Citrus Heights.
The new concept is expected to debut soon, according to the owner of the future plaza. Ownership is currently seeking and selecting vendors and anyone interested should reach out to [email protected].
A reel on the food plaza’s Instagram page paints a picture of what the experience for customers could look like at the future food truck plaza, with sweeping aerials of the site. The video takes the viewer on a journey, showing the current image of the vacant corner lot and transforming it into a vibrant 3D animated plaza with various food trucks, string lights, parking, and covered tables where patrons can eat…
