Quick Quack Car Wash plans to build a new location in Folsom on a 1.5-acre site on Folsom-Auburn Road, potentially bringing another business to the corridor near Coffee Republic and McDonald’s.
The Rocklin-based chain of automated car washes looks to build on the 6700 block of Folsom-Auburn Road,combining two lots across the street from McDonald’s, according to a staff memo prepared for the Folsom Planning Commission, which was scheduled to consider the proposal Wednesday.
The properties at 6701 and 6711 Folsom-Auburn Road would feature a 3,588-square-foot car wash building measuring 29 feet tall, according to the memo. There would also be a drive-through queue capable of accommodating 18 vehicles…
