Tu Moua Carroz, assistant superintendent of education services at Roseville Joint Union High School District, will be the next superintendent of Twin Rivers Unified in Sacramento County if the school board approves her contract Tuesday night.
The three-year contract will begin July 1. Moua Carroz will be paid $365,000, with a 3% annual raise and any additional pay increases given to other administrative staff.
