(FOX40.COM) — A Nevada man faces several charges after allegedly battering his domestic partner in an attack that left her hospitalized, the California Highway Patrol said Tuesday.
Highway patrol officers in South Sacramento arrested Ricardo Gonzalez Gurrola, 32, after a traffic stop where he also allegedly inured an officer.
After 8 p.m. on June 18, dispatchers received multiple reports of a male subject assaulting a woman along the side of State Route 99 south of Dillard Road near Elk Grove.
