SACRAMENTO, Calif — Deputies have surrounded a home in the Arden Park area after a suspect allegedly shoplifted and hit someone with a metal scooter.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said the incident began around 11:30 a.m. Monday when a man witnessed someone shoplifting from a local store. When the Good Samaritan tried to speak with the suspect, the suspect allegedly swung a metal scooter, striking and injuring him.
