SACRAMENTO, Calif — Sacramento police are searching for an 89-year-old man with dementia who went missing Thursday morning.
Police said Francisco Guillen was last seen around 9:40 a.m. Thursday, July 2, in the 4300 block of 65th Street in Sacramento. He is considered at risk because of dementia.
Guillen is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 140 pounds, with short gray-and-silver hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a straw hat, a white polo shirt, red flannel pajama pants, and brown slippers…
