(FOX40.COM) — Electric bicycles have become a familiar sight in many neighborhoods, but the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office warned on Tuesday that those who use e-bikes for crimes will be “held accountable.”
The office also warned that parents will be held responsible along with their children who commit crimes involving e-bikes.
“I am deeply concerned about the dangers that the improper operation of electric motorcycles and e-bikes pose to our community,” district attorney Thien Ho wrote in a social media post on Tuesday.
