A clothing store that once assured Sunrise Mall shoppers it was “not closing” has now relocated to Folsom, according to a handwritten sign posted on its front windows.
Independent clothing store California Basics appeared vacant on a visit to the mall in late July, with store signage removed from the front and only a standing 30 percent off sign remaining—but a handwritten announcement indicating the business had opened a new location had been posted earlier in the month.
