(FOX40.COM) — The driver of a Tesla is dead after a crash turned into a car fire near Elk Grove, according to the California Highway Patrol incident page.
Officers responded to reports of a Tesla that crashed into the back of a tractor hauling grapes just before 5:40 a.m. in the area of Kammerer Road and Promenade Parkway.
