(FOX40.COM) — The California Highway Patrol is asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing elderly man after he was last seen in Roseville.
CHP reported 69-year-old Kolin Morlatt missing to Sacramento and Placer County residents on behalf of the Roseville Police Department on Tuesday. Morlatt was last seen in Roseville on Aug. 25 at about 3:29 a.m. and is believed to be traveling on foot.
