A suspect wanted in connection with a downtown Healdsburg jewelry store burglary was arrested following a multi-agency investigation, authorities announced Monday.
Denis Gabriel Chitu, 30, was taken into custody in Citrus Heights after fleeing from a suspect vehicle, according to the Healdsburg Police Department.
Officers initially responded Aug. 31 to a burglary that had just occurred at a jewelry store in downtown Healdsburg. A lone subject entered the store, stole thousands of dollars in jewelry, and fled the area, according to initial reports.
