Pacific Gas and Electric Co. shut off power to more than 2,600 customers early Monday as a third round of planned outages began along the western edge of Sacramento Valley as well as in a portion of Butte County.
The public safety power shutoffs began about 1 a.m. and affected 2,639 customers in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Tehama and Yolo counties, according to PG&E data provided by the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
