(FOX40.COM) — The Elk Grove community has welcomed its first Barnes & Noble with a grand opening, ribbon-cutting and more.
The location, originally set to open Wednesday, instead opened on Tuesday at 9 a.m., with author Tarah DeWitt as the honorary ribbon-cutter.
