(FOX40.COM) — A North Sacramento man was recently arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said officers conducted a traffic stop and conducted a preliminary alcohol screening on the driver.
Officers found the driver had a BAC of 0.18%, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08%.
