(FOX40.COM) — A convicted rapist who was out on parole was arrested Thursday night after being found with a “forbidden device,” according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
Lloyd Clinton Edwards, 47, was convicted of rape, kidnapping and assault in 2002. He was released on parole four years ago and was recently found to be living in Sacramento County.
