Citrus Heights Police and fire crews responded to reports of a fire at a mobile home on Plymouth Rock Lane on Sept. 23 just after 10 p.m., in Citrus Heights, and found the home engulfed in flames.
Police canvased the nearby neighborhood in search of anyone who might have seen the occupant of the home that was engulfed in flames but were not able to locate or get in contact with the owner, police said the next morning.
