A man in his 60s was critically injured Tuesday morning after being run over by a Sacramento Regional Transit light rail train in Old North Sacramento, officials said.
The incident was reported about 8:05 a.m. near the 800 block of Arden Way and involved a Blue Line train, according to Sacramento Fire Department and Regional Transit officials.
