Some Elk Grove neighborhood roads will close this weekend as high school bands from around Northern California come to Franklin High School for an annual competition and parade.
Road closures near the school, located at 6400 Whitelock Parkway, will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday as bands compete and march along neighborhood streets for the invitational band review, according to a release from the city.
