Off-price department store Marshalls is opening Thursday in Elk Grove.
Located at 7420 Elk Grove Blvd. in The Ridge shopping center, the store will open at 8 a.m. on Oct. 8 and will have an extended closing hour of 10 p.m. on Thursday.
