SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A Lodi woman was sentenced to 8 years in prison for her role in a drug trafficking conspiracy that spanned multiple Northern California counties, according to U.S. Attorney Eric Grant.
Ong Thao, 37, was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge John A. Mendez for conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, heroin and fentanyl. Between July 2022 and November 2024, Thao conspired to distribute fentanyl, methamphetamine and heroin to customers in Sacramento, Placer, San Joaquin, Butte, Shasta and Siskiyou counties.
