Sacramento County Health Inspectors gave a red placard to a local Vietnamese restaurant after finding approximately 330 rodent droppings throughout the facility including in the front cabinets and under the register.
Additionally, 17 eateries were cited for health food violations including improperly cooled rice, flies, and black residue on equipment.
