The application lists Lily Liyun Zhou as president and Zi Wei Wu as a director of the company behind the restaurant, Z Bistro Corporation. The two are also its stockholders.
Wing Fa Market is a small Asian grocery with a takeout counter known for Chinese barbecue. Reviewers mention dishes like BBQ pork over rice, roast pork belly, Peking ribs, roasted duck and chicken chow mein, and online listings describe it as a neighborhood spot for low-priced lunches and take-out meals. Its listings still show it open, and it’s not clear whether the market is closing or the restaurant is planning to share the building.
