CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. – An unhoused man is accused of stabbing and killing another homeless man in Citrus Heights, officials said Monday. The Citrus Heights Police Department said it got a report on Sunday around 1:55 a.m. about a man who was stabbed and lying on the ground outside of a business. Officers went to Antelope Road by Tupelo Drive and found the man on the ground and unresponsive.
