Newly released California Highway Patrol video footage shows the circumstances surrounding a deadly hostage situation and shootout at a Roseville park in April. The CHP has said that officers were serving a felony search warrant on April 6 at Mahany Park, when suspect Eric James Abril shot one of their officers and took two bystanders hostage.
