(FOX40.COM) — Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to visit Sacramento on Thursday, according to FOX40 capital reporter Eytan Wallace .
Harris is said to be visiting the capital city in order to deliver remarks to the California State Legislature Democratic Caucus during an upcoming reception.
