SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A man died after being hit by a vehicle along Garden Highway in Sacramento Wednesday. The Sacramento Police Department said officers responded around 7 p.m. to the 1400 block of Garden Highway for reports of a vehicle hitting a pedestrian. The pedestrian’s name wasn’t released and police only identified them as a man. He died at the scene.
