A person suspected of driving a stolen car was arrested in the parking lot of a hospital in Davis Monday after law enforcement fired less than lethal munitions, police said. Davis police said the California Highway Patrol told them at 10:15 a.m. that they were chasing the suspect and the driver had entered Davis city limits.
