Wanted man who was in standoff after 2 separate chases surrenders, Sacramento deputies say

ROSEVILLE, Calif. – A wanted man who was in a standoff with Sacramento deputies after two separate chases across two counties has surrendered, officials said. Sgt. Amar Gandhi with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said the man has two felony warrants: one for failing to register as a sex offender and the other for domestic violence.
