Two people were killed and another two were taken to the hospital after a crash in North Highlands on Sunday afternoon. Sacramento Metro Fire says the crash happened around 3:33 p.m. at Andrea and Elkhorn boulevards. According to Sac Metro Fire, the two people transferred suffered minor to moderate injuries.
