SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A kayaker who was pulled from the Sacramento River Thursday has died. The Sacramento Fire Department said the kayaker capsized north of the confluence of the Sacramento and American rivers and floated down the river for about a quarter of a mile parallel to Garden Highway.
