Sacramento police arrested a suspect accused of attacking a woman and a police K9 with a pipe on Thursday night. Police said officers responded to a report of an assault with a pipe around 8:45 p.m. near the 1400 block of Richards Boulevard. The woman who was struck was taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
