ELK GROVE, Calif. – Elk Grove police are asking the public for information on the whereabouts of a missing woman who disappeared weeks ago. Julie Vessigault was last seen on Jan. 23, driving away in her tan Toyota Camry on Elk Grove Boulevard toward Interstate 5, Elk Grove police said.
