SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A 17-year-old was arrested in connection to a double shooting Friday night in Sacramento, police said Sunday. The shooting happened around 9:45 p.m. Friday in the 2100 block of Grand Avenue, the Sacramento Police Department said. According to police, two people were shot and were in stable condition.
