STOCKTON, Calif. – A car and body possibly connected to a missing person’s case from the 90s was found in Sacramento County last week. Adventures with Purpose, a nationally recognized search and recovery dive team, said they were initially searching for the Duke Heringer, of Elk Grove, when they found the car and remains on April 13.
