The event, set for August 17 and 18, doubles as a celebration of global cultures that honor the banana as more than a fruit, but as a staple that bridges food, art, and culture across Africa, Asia, and the Americas. With festivities spanning from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, the festival aims to combine eclectic experiences for anyone looking to quickly engage in the joy of communal feasting and performance.
