SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Monday morning will be pleasant for much of Northern California ahead of triple-digit weather in the afternoon. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Monday’s forecast high will be 100 degrees for downtown Sacramento, a slight decrease from 102 degrees on Sunday. The average for this time of year is 94 degrees.
