SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Tuesday is expected to be the first of several hot days this week in Northern California. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Tuesday’s forecast high for downtown Sacramento is 100 degrees, a sharp increase from 90 degrees on Monday. The average for this time of year is 92 degrees.
