SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Wednesday will be a hot day for Northern California, but Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Thursday is expected to be even hotter. The forecast high for downtown Sacramento on Wednesday is 103 degrees, up from 100 degrees on Tuesday. The average for this time of year is 92 degrees.
