In a move against organized retail theft, the Folsom Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) team, along with Special Investigation detectives, executed a proactive surveillance operation on September 5, leading to the arrest of a known suspect. According to an announcement made on the Folsom Police Department Facebook page, the suspect was under observation when he visited a big box store in the city and committed theft.
