SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Friday will run on the warmer side for Northern California ahead of cooler changes approaching next week. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Friday’s forecast high for downtown Sacramento is 92 degrees, somewhat higher than Thursday’s recorded high of 88 degrees. The average for this time of year is 90 degrees.
