SACRAMENTO, Calif. (PSN) – A man has died following a shooting early this morning in downtown Sacramento. Officers from the Sacramento Police Department responded just before 1:00 a.m. to the 2400 block of J Street after receiving a report of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers located two adult males with gunshot wounds.
