Last Saturday morning, a fire in the Arden-Arcade area required the response of numerous firefighters to tackle the blaze that affected several residences. As reported by FOX40, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District and the Sacramento Fire Department were called to the scene near Gannon Drive and Hurley Way at approximately 11:41 a.m. The fire, which started outdoors, quickly spread to apartment complexes, condos, and balconies, and it reportedly took hours to fully extinguish.
