SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A vigil was held Monday night for Colby Tevis, 22,who was killed in a Midtown Sacramento shooting over the weekend. Police said they responded to the shooting early Saturday morning near Cornerstone Cafe and Bar near J and 24th streets. Tevis died in the shooting and another person was injured.
