SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Thousands of runners will descend to the streets of Sacramento for the 20th annual Urban Cow Half Marathon this weekend. About 3,000 runners and walkers are expected to participate in the marathon, which will begin and end at William Land Regional Park. Race time is set to start at 7:30 a.m. and is expected to be completed by 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
