SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Monday could be the last triple-digit day Northern California sees for the year as cooler days are on the horizon. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Monday’s forecast high for downtown Sacramento is 100 degrees, a slight increase from 99 degrees reported Sunday. The average for this time of year is 83 degrees.
