JONES VALLEY, Calif. – A Sacramento woman was taken into custody by the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday after authorities say she tried to kidnap a juvenile. According to authorities, deputies from the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 14000 block of Ravine Road in the Jones Valley area after receiving a report of a female who had attempted to make a juvenile waiting at a bus stop to leave with her.
