SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Last week, an art heist in midtown Sacramento was caught on camera when a man threw a rock through the window of Art University on J Street. The man in the video, who Sacramento police said is 32-year-old Andrew Schortgen, was seen throwing a piece of concrete through University Art on J Street. He then paced the streets for a full minute before returning.
