Another round of rain and snow is headed for Northern California, but not until after sunset Friday. Friday morning will be cool with scattered clouds. Valley temperatures will be in the mid 40s in the morning. Foothills communities will see morning temperatures in the low 40s. Sierra temperatures will drop into the 20s.
