Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA)

Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPMWA) is a regional agency established in 1978 through a joint exercise of powers agreement between Placer County and the cities of Lincoln, Rocklin, and Roseville (Member Agencies) to own and operate a regional recycling facility and sanitary landfill.

Holiday Hours

In observance of Christmas & New Year’s , disposal facilities will be open for limited hours:

  • Christmas Eve (Tuesday, December 24): 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25) : 7 – 10 a.m.
  • New Year’s Eve (Tuesday, December 31) : 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • New Year’s Day (Wednesday, January 1) : 7 – 10 a.m.
